Gehrenspitze alpine climbing 2012-09-07

Gehrenspitze offers 700 meters (20 long pitches) of climbing along the west ridge. We stayed in tent at Gehrenjoch for an early start. After climbing for 8h 48 min there was still margin for a Kaiserschmarrn further down at the hut. Simply splendid!
