Amphitheatre
Amphitheatre is actually our most visited dive site. It's relatively easy to get in and to find one's way around. There are several amphitheatres worth looking at (we've seen four). The closest one at 8 m depth is small but nicely round and symmetric - this is seen by many as the prettiest one. Not far from the leftmost amphitheatre one may find the dive site "the Stage", named after the way light enters onto a stage-like formation at the edge of a large cave or arched crater. The arch is worth seeing in itself.
The dive site offers a variety of fish, similar to the abutting dive site Pistol Bay. Apart from various breams, wrasses and lizardfish, a few grouper hides out behind larger rocks. We've often spotted octopus. One "highlight" was to almost swim into a very pretty tiny jellyfish with impressively long threads.
