Avakas Gorge

Hiking through the beautiful Avakas Gorge near Lara Bay, Cyprus. We are alone, with only the birds twittering and the sun twinkling through the top of the narrow chasm. Our hands are cold and wet from grasping slippery stone, legs awake, jumping from one half-submersed stone to the next over purling milky water.
