The last evening light shines on the surrounding mountain slopes as we descend from Sulphur Skyline.

It's already past 8 p.m. and the daylight is beginning to fade. But our legs are still fresh in spite of the rather grueling last section to the summit. We are happy to run, and feel no stress. Indeed we will even have time for a long, relaxing soak in the Miette Hot Springs before they close for the evening - what a brilliant end to a great day!

Views from Bald Hills (2170 m). The broad summit offers fine views over Maligne Lake and the surrounding mountain ranges.
